How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
- Check your shipping confirmation email from Navera.
- Locate the tracking number included in the email.
- Click the tracking link provided or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Navera orders are shipped using trusted carriers including Evri and FedEx. The carrier responsible for your delivery will be listed in your shipping confirmation email.

FAQ
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
If your order is placed before 2:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday), your tracking number will usually be sent the same day.
If your order is placed after 2:00 PM, your tracking number will be sent on the next working day.
Example: If you place an order at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, your tracking information will be sent on Thursday before the end of the working day.
Check Your Order in Your Account
If you created an account during checkout, you can also view your order status and tracking information in your account dashboard.
Tracking Not Updated?
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to activate your tracking number after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
