At Navera, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, this Returns & Refund Policy explains how to cancel orders, return items, and receive refunds.
Overview
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible item(s).
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may not be accepted.
- For defective, damaged or incorrect products, Navera covers the cost of return shipping.
- For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@navera.co.uk or through our Contact Us page.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- We will always try to accommodate cancellation requests where possible.
- However, once an order has been processed or dispatched we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with the returns process below.
Your UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom (or European Union where applicable), you generally have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the product does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Return method: Returns are accepted by mail only.
How to Return Your Item
- Contact us at info@navera.co.uk or via our Contact Us page with your order number.
- We will confirm your return and provide return instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your order reference number (beginning with DUN) inside the parcel.
- Ship the item to the return address listed below.

All orders and returns are fulfilled through our logistics partner in Crewe, UK.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of items while they are in their possession.
We may refuse a return or reduce the amount of any refund if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, or if the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or without its original packaging.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@navera.co.uk or via our Contact Us page.
- Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return method where applicable.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution in line with your consumer rights.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- We aim to process refunds within 3 business days after inspection of returned items.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs and Refunds
- If you cancel your order under your statutory consumer rights, we will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.
- Additional shipping upgrades such as express delivery may not be refunded unless required by law.
- For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
- For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
