If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

SECTION 4 - UK AND EU CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you are purchasing as a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers may be offered multiple delivery options at checkout, including express delivery services. Any delivery timeframes provided for these services are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, customs processing or other factors outside our control.
Orders placed after our daily dispatch cut-off time may be processed on the next working day. Delivery estimates apply only once the order has been dispatched.
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel your order under applicable consumer protection laws, we will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout. Any additional cost paid for expedited or express delivery services may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the goods have been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform allowing us to sell products and services to you.
However, all purchases and transactions are conducted directly between you and Navera. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through our store.
