Enterosgel Adult 225g is a larger, value tube of the drug-free intestinal adsorbent used for the symptomatic relief of acute diarrhoea and IBS-D. Enterosgel Adult 225g works mechanically in the gut to bind harmful substances and support their natural elimination, helping normalise stool consistency.

Suitable for adults and teens, it’s tasteless and free from sugar, lactose, gluten and colourings, making it easy to take and kind to the gut. The 225g format is ideal for at-home use or for multi-day courses recommended for ongoing digestive support.

Shake before use, dilute the measured dose in water and take 1–2 hours before or after food or oral medicines, up to three times daily. Follow on-pack dosing; for acute episodes use 3–5 days, and for diagnosed IBS-D follow the course duration advised by your healthcare professional.
