Fushi Organic Ghee – 230 g is a richly crafted clarified butter made from artisan butter and cream sourced daily from free-range, grass-fed European cows. Clarified using the traditional Ayurvedic method of slow simmering (6–8 hours), it yields a flavorful, golden oil free of impurities.

This lactose-free ghee is naturally rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, and contains naturally occurring butyric acid. It offers a high smoke point ideal for sautéing, baking, roasting or adding to bulletproof coffee as a nutritious alternative to oil or butter.

Packaged in recyclable, plastic-free glass jars with aluminium lids, it is completely additive-free. Certified organic by the UK Soil Association (Licence No. DA223688) and EU Organic (GB‑ORG‑05), this ghee is crafted with purity, sustainability and traditional values in mind.
