Matcha’s naturally occurring antioxidants make it a popular choice for focused moments and gentle pick-me-ups. Whisk into hot (not boiling) water for traditional tea, blend with milk for a latte, or add to smoothies and baking for a bright green lift.

Sift ½ teaspoon into a cup, add 70–80°C water and whisk to a fine foam. Adjust to taste. For lattes, combine with your preferred milk. Store airtight, cool and away from light to protect freshness.
