Melissa Dream brings together lemon balm, L-theanine from green tea, chamomile, B-vitamins and magnesium in tablets made in Scandinavia. It’s designed for evening use with a gentle, non-drowsy feel and a simple glass-of-water routine.

Take it about an hour before bedtime. The calm herbal profile makes it easy to wind down without added flavours or sweeteners.

Per 2 tablets: lemon balm extract 600 mg (10:1); green tea extract 300 mg (standardised to 30% L-theanine); chamomile extract 200 mg (5:1); thiamin 0.9 mg; riboflavin 1.1 mg; niacin 12 mg; vitamin B6 1.3 mg; vitamin B12 1 µg; magnesium 120 mg.
