Steenbergs Organic Tandoori Masala 50g delivers the classic tandoori profile -hotter than typical supermarket mixes and free from added colourings. Hand-blended for depth, Steenbergs Organic Tandoori Masala 50g is ideal for dry rubs, yogurt marinades and oven or grill cooking.

The spice balance gives vibrant aroma and appetising colour from paprika and turmeric, with ginger and cardamom for lifted fragrance. It seasons chicken, lamb, prawns, paneer or veg, and also adds a tandoori twist to roasted cauliflower or potatoes.

Mix 1–2 tsp per portion with yogurt, oil and lemon, marinate 30–120 minutes, then grill, roast or air-fry. For a sauce, bloom with onions and garlic and finish with tomatoes and cream or coconut.
