Ancestral Superfoods Gaia Fermented Fibre Blend is made with six organic ingredients, combining fermented seeds and grains powder with fruit powders. The recipe includes a fermented bran mix and wild berry powders, with no artificial additives.

It has a naturally plant based profile built around fermented brown flax and brown rice bran, balanced with apple, aronia and rosehip powders. Inulin is included as part of the blend.

Supplied in a 200 g pack, Gaia is a simple pantry option for mixing into your usual foods and drinks, such as smoothies, yoghurt or breakfast bowls.
