Bold Bean Organic Chickpeas are made with the smaller Pedrosillano variety, chosen for its smooth texture, creamy centre and balanced nutty flavour. They are slowly cooked until tender and packed simply in water with salt, allowing the character of the chickpea to remain at the centre of the product.

Their soft consistency makes them especially well suited to hummus, where they blend into a silky finish without requiring prolonged preparation. The chickpeas can also be added whole to curries, soups, grain bowls and tomato-based stews, or drained and roasted until crisp for salads, snacks and garnishes.

The lightly seasoned stock can be incorporated into hummus, sauces and braised dishes to reduce waste and add natural body.
