Bold Bean Queen Butter Beans 6 x 570g

Bold Bean Queen Butter Beans use the large Piękny Jaś variety, prized for its plump shape, thin skin and exceptionally creamy centre. The beans are cooked low and slow until tender, creating a substantial, buttery texture that can take the leading role in a meal rather than being treated only as a side ingredient.

Each jar includes the beans in their lightly seasoned cooking stock. This liquid contains natural bean starch and can be stirred directly into sauces, stews and braises to add body and help flavours come together. The simple preparation of beans, water and salt also leaves plenty of room for herbs, spices, vegetables and sauces.

Toss the beans through puttanesca, pesto or roasted tomato sauce, fold them into casseroles and traybakes, or warm them with garlic, greens and lemon. They can also be crushed into a rustic mash or blended for a smooth dip. Six 570g jars provide 3.42kg in total, with approximately 400g drained beans in each jar.
