Bold Bean Queen Chickpeas are notably large, tender chickpeas with a creamy interior and a rounded, nutty flavour. Their generous size gives them enough presence to become the centre of a dish, while the slow-cooking process creates a soft texture that remains intact when stirred through curries, stews and salads.

Blend the chickpeas into hummus, crush them for sandwich fillings, or use them whole in tomato and harissa stews, tagines and traybakes.
