Bold Bean Queen White Beans are large cannellini beans selected for their creamy texture, soft bite and clean, savoury flavour. They are cooked slowly until tender, then packed in water with a pinch of salt so the beans retain their natural character without relying on sauces, preservatives or unnecessary additives.

The beans are supplied in their seasoned cooking stock, which can be used as part of the dish rather than poured away. Its natural starch helps add body to soups, pasta sauces, broths and bean-based risottos, while the beans themselves can be mashed, blended or served whole without becoming dry or grainy.

Use them in tomato and herb sauces, creamy beanotto-style dishes, warm salads, casseroles or simple bowls finished with olive oil, lemon and black pepper. Their mild flavour also works well with sage, garlic, roasted vegetables, leafy greens and soft cheese.
