Cawston Press Sparkling Cloudy Apple is a lightly carbonated apple juice drink made by blending pressed apple juice with sparkling water. It has a crisp, naturally fruity flavour, gentle sweetness and a refreshing sparkling finish.

The drink is made using a blend of Golden Delicious, Jonagold, Gala and Braeburn apples. Each apple variety contributes different flavour characteristics, from the mellow sweetness of Golden Delicious and Gala to the balanced sharpness and fruitier character associated with Jonagold and Braeburn apples.

Pressed apple juice makes up 49% of the recipe. Rather than using apple flavouring as the main source of flavour, the drink takes its colour, aroma and characteristic taste from the pressed fruit.

The apple juice is blended with sparkling water to create a lighter alternative to drinking straight juice. The carbonation provides a clean, lively texture while allowing the pressed apple flavour to remain prominent.
