Chimac Korean Stirfry Sauce is a convenient cooking pouch built around the tangy, fermented flavour of gochujang. Rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and cider vinegar balance the chilli paste, creating a savoury sauce with moderate heat, gentle sweetness and enough acidity to keep a finished stir-fry lively.
The 110ml sachet provides a straightforward route to a Korean-inspired meal without assembling several condiments. Marinate sliced chicken, pork, beef, tofu or mushrooms in part of the sauce when time allows, then add the remainder during cooking. Alternatively, pour the full pouch into a hot pan once the main ingredients have browned and toss until evenly coated.
