Chimac Sriracha Caramel is a glossy Korean-inspired condiment that combines deep caramel sweetness with fresh garlic, lime and the controlled chilli heat of sriracha. Developed by the Dublin-based Chimac team, it has a thick, pourable consistency that clings readily to food, delivering sweetness first before garlic, acidity and chilli emerge through the finish.

The sauce is more versatile than a conventional hot sauce because its caramelised character works as a glaze, drizzle, dip and cooking sauce. Brush it over chicken, pork, salmon or tofu before roasting, grilling or air frying, or use it to lacquer sausages, bacon and barbecue meats. A small amount can also add sweet heat to stir-fries, noodles, sandwiches, burgers and cheese-based dishes.

For a quick finishing sauce, drizzle it over crispy chicken, roasted vegetables, halloumi or loaded fries. It can also be loosened with lime juice or vinegar for dressings and dipping sauces.
