Use Clearspring Organic Japanese Dried Daikon 30g to add fibre and brightness to stir-fries, stews, and salads. Once rehydrated, it absorbs seasonings beautifully and complements tofu, noodles, and rice dishes.
Soak in warm water for 10 minutes, squeeze gently, and sauté or simmer with tamari, mirin, or stock. Reserve soaking liquid as a light vegetable broth.
