Expect a vivid jade green colour, delicate umami, natural sweetness and a smooth, silky texture that blends effortlessly. Ideal for traditional matcha preparation, matcha lattes, smoothies, desserts and baking.

Use approximately 1 g of matcha and whisk with hot water (not boiling) until frothy. Mix with warm milk for a latte or incorporate into doughs, batters and raw treats for colour and flavour. Reseal promptly and store in a cool, dry place for freshness.
