Clearspring Organic Tofu 300g is a silky, ambient Japanese tofu made with just water, whole soya beans and nigari. Smooth and versatile, it works in savoury dishes and desserts, from miso soup to dairy free mousse.
High in plant protein and naturally low in saturated fat, Clearspring Organic Tofu 300g brings gentle flavour and a creamy texture to scrambles, sauces and bakes.
Drain before use. Blend for dressings, cube for soups or pan-steam and serve with shoyu and grated ginger. Keep refrigerated once opened and consume promptly.
