This extra virgin oil is naturally rich in lauric acid and MCTs and contains no additives, preservatives or artificial processing aids. Smooth and subtle in flavour, it works well in both sweet and savoury dishes and can be used as a plant based alternative to butter or other oils.

Perfect for roasting, stir frying, curries, granola & baking, or blending into smoothies and coffee. It also doubles as a simple moisturiser for skin & hair. The oil is solid below roughly 23°C and becomes liquid when warmed, with no impact on quality.
