Crazy Jack Organic Ready to Eat Apricots are soft, naturally sweet dried apricots that have been partially rehydrated so they can be enjoyed straight from the pack. Dried naturally without sulphur dioxide, the apricots develop their characteristic deep brown colour and an intense fruity flavour.

Unlike many bright orange dried apricots, Crazy Jack Organic Apricots contain no sulphur dioxide. Their naturally dark appearance develops during drying in the Turkish sun and is a normal characteristic of the fruit rather than an indication of reduced quality.

These ready-to-eat organic apricots are high in fibre and a source of potassium, making them a versatile store-cupboard dried fruit. Enjoy them on their own as a snack, add them to porridge, yoghurt or granola, combine them with nuts and seeds, or chop them into cakes, breads and other baking recipes.
