Formulated with Lactobacillus acidophilus, crispatus, rhamnosus, reuteri and plantarum (20bn CFU at manufacture), Dr Vegan pH Hero 30 Capsules also provides Cranberry, Nettle and Sea Buckthorn plus Vitamin B6 for additional urinary and mucosal support.

Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach, at least 20 minutes before or after hot food or drinks. Store away from heat and moisture; probiotics are sensitive to high temperatures.
