Floradix Liquid Iron & Vitamin Formula 500ml

Floradix Liquid Iron & Vitamin Formula provides iron alongside vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C in an easy-to-measure liquid format. The formula combines these nutrients with selected herbal extracts, fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates, giving it a distinctive fruity taste without the need to swallow tablets.

Each recommended 20ml adult daily serving provides 15mg of iron from ferrous gluconate. Iron contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation, normal oxygen transport and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin C increases iron absorption.

The 500ml bottle provides approximately 25 adult daily servings when taken at the recommended dose of 10ml twice daily. The measuring cap makes it straightforward to portion the correct amount at home or as part of a regular daily supplement routine.

Directions for Use

Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cap provided and do not drink directly from the bottle. For optimal iron absorption, take on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before a meal or two hours after eating.

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 10ml twice daily.
• Children aged 6 to 11 years: Take 10ml once daily.
• Children aged 3 to 5 years: Take 5ml once daily.

The liquid may be diluted with water or fruit juice if preferred. Tea, coffee, dairy products, eggs and high-fibre foods may affect iron absorption, so avoid consuming them at the same time as this supplement.
