Friendly Soap Lavender & Geranium Shampoo Bar is a solid, plant-based shampoo designed to cleanse the hair and scalp without the need for a conventional liquid shampoo bottle. Each case contains six individually sized 95g bars, providing a practical multipack for regular household use, independent retail, accommodation providers or guest amenities.

The bar is made with saponified coconut, rapeseed and castor oils, which form the product's solid cleansing base. Castor oil is commonly used in solid haircare formulations, while argan kernel oil is included to help leave washed hair feeling soft and manageable.

Lavender essential oil and rose geranium leaf oil give the shampoo bar its distinctive floral fragrance. Lavender provides a fresh, aromatic character, while rose geranium contributes a richer, gently sweet botanical note. Citronellol, geraniol and linalool are naturally occurring fragrance components of the essential oils used in the formula.

Friendly Soap makes the bars by hand in the UK using plant-based ingredients. The formula is free from palm oil, SLS, parabens, synthetic preservatives and sulphates. It is registered with The Vegan Society and the brand is accredited by Cruelty Free International.

How to use

Wet the hair and the shampoo bar. Rub the bar between wet hands to create a light lather, or apply it carefully and sparingly to wet hair. Massage the lather through the scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if required.

For longer or thicker hair, work the lather through the hair in sections to help distribute it evenly. Follow with a suitable conditioner where required.

Important information: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product enters the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Bar care: Allow the bar to dry fully between uses. Store it on a well-drained soap dish or rack in a cool, dry area away from standing water. Keeping the bar dry between washes helps maintain its firmness and extend its usable life.
