GOOD PHATS Light Avocado Oil is a neutral-flavoured cooking oil made from 100% refined avocado oil. Supplied in a convenient 750ml squeezy bottle, it is designed for controlled pouring when frying, roasting, baking or preparing dressings and emulsions.

The refining process gives the oil a light colour and mild flavour, allowing it to be used without significantly changing the taste of the other ingredients in a recipe. This makes it a versatile option for both sweet and savoury cooking, particularly where a strongly flavoured oil may not be suitable.

GOOD PHATS states that the oil has a smoke point of 271°C.
