Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips are large, crisp corn chips made from whole yellow corn kernels using traditional Mexican-inspired methods. The corn is stone ground and prepared using nixtamalisation before the chips are cut and fried, creating a deep corn flavour and sturdy crunch that makes them particularly good for dipping and loading with toppings.

The recipe is deliberately simple, containing 75% whole yellow corn kernels, sunflower oil and 0.75% sea salt. The light seasoning allows the natural flavour of the corn to come through while still giving the chips enough savoury character to enjoy straight from the bag.

Their larger size and robust texture make them ideal for serving with salsa, guacamole and queso-style dips, as well as using as the base for loaded nachos. They also work well in chilaquiles, alongside chilli con carne, crumbled over tortilla soup or added to Mexican-style sharing platters for extra crunch.

Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips are gluten free, dairy free, suitable for vegans and contain no added sugar. They are made with just three main ingredients and produced in the EU.
