Hu Cashew Butter & Pure Vanilla 70% Dark Chocolate pairs a creamy cashew filling with real vanilla bean and a rich organic dark chocolate shell. Cashew has a naturally mellow, buttery character, allowing the cocoa to remain prominent while vanilla adds a fragrant sweetness and sea salt sharpens the finish.

The recipe uses 16% organic cashew paste and 0.3% organic vanilla bean within Hu's 70% cocoa dark chocolate format. As with the wider Hu dark chocolate range, the sweetness comes from unrefined coconut sugar rather than refined cane sugar or sugar alcohols, and the formulation avoids palm oil, lecithins and emulsifiers. The bar is certified organic, Fairtrade, gluten free and suitable for vegan diets.

Its smooth filling makes this variety particularly well suited to slow, piece-by-piece eating with coffee or tea. It can also be served with dried fruit, fresh pear or berries, where the fruit acidity cuts through the cashew butter richness. The multipack contains twelve individually wrapped 60g bars, providing 720g in total.
