How to use

Take Lepicol at least 30 minutes before a meal. Shake the pot before use.

• Adults: Take 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons (approximately 2.5 to 5 g) mixed with a glass of water or juice once or twice daily and consume immediately. Follow with a further glass of water.
• Children: Half the adult dose, with parental supervision. Seek advice from a healthcare professional before giving to children under 11 years.

It is advisable to start with a low dose and build up gradually. Always take Lepicol with plenty of liquid.
