A fragrant lavender honey with a lightly floral aroma and a delicate, rounded sweetness. Produced from hives placed in the lavender fields of France and Spain, it offers a distinctive floral character without overpowering the palate.

Cold extracted, cold filtered and unblended, this honey is particularly good on toast, scones, crumpets and warm breakfast dishes, and also works beautifully as a gentle sweetener in drinks.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. If the honey crystallises or sets, warm gently to return it to a runnier texture.
