Plenish Organic Almond Barista M*lk is formulated specifically for coffee, combining organic almond paste with agave syrup, coconut milk, sunflower seed protein, oat fibre and sea salt. The balance of naturally sourced ingredients creates a smooth drink that can be steamed into fine microfoam without added oil, gums or artificial stabilisers.
Almond brings a rounded, gently roasted nut character that complements espresso without masking it, while the coconut milk and plant protein support body and foam performance. The drink is suitable for cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes and cortados, and can also be used in hot chocolate, iced coffee and smoothies.
For the best texture, shake the carton before use, start with the drink well chilled and introduce air gradually while steaming. Pour promptly after texturing to retain an even microfoam. The case contains six 1-litre cartons, supplying 6 litres for home coffee machines, shared kitchens and regular barista-style drinks.
