Bold yet balanced, Steenbergs Organic Harissa Seasoning 52g transforms roast veg, couscous, grilled meats and plant-based kebabs. A touch of mint rounds the heat for a fragrant finish that suits marinades, rubs and table seasoning.

To make a paste, mix 1 tbsp seasoning with 1–2 tbsp warm water and olive oil. Marinate for 30 minutes, then grill or roast; or sprinkle directly to taste.
