Steenbergs Truffle Salt 100g

Steenbergs Truffle Salt is an intensely flavoured Italian seasoning combining salt with real truffle for a rich, earthy and savoury finish. Highly aromatic and packed with distinctive truffle character, it provides an easy way to add depth and an indulgent umami flavour to everyday dishes.

The simple blend contains 98% salt and truffle, allowing the characteristic aroma and flavour of the truffle to come through clearly. Because the flavour is concentrated, only a small amount is needed to transform otherwise simple ingredients.

Sprinkle over freshly cooked chips, fries or roasted potatoes, use it to finish pasta and risotto, or add a pinch to mushroom dishes where the earthy truffle flavour works particularly well. It can also be used to season roasted vegetables, savoury bakes and dips, or scattered over eggs just before serving.
