Symprove Live & Active Water-Based Food Supplement 4 x 500ml 4 Week Supply

Symprove Live & Active Water-Based Food Supplement is a fermented liquid supplement containing four specifically identified bacterial cultures. Supplied as four 500ml bottles, the pack provides a four-week supply when taken according to the recommended daily serving instructions.

Unlike a tablet, capsule or powdered product, the bacterial cultures are suspended in a water-based liquid made with extract of germinated barley. The barley extract used in the finished product has had the gluten removed, and Symprove identifies the supplement as gluten free.

The formula contains four live bacterial cultures: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. lactis NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173 and L. acidophilus NCIMB 30175. The relative proportions of the cultures may vary between batches.

Symprove is fermented in small batches, so natural differences in colour, aroma and flavour may occur. These variations are a normal characteristic of the production process and do not necessarily indicate a change in the product's quality.

The supplement is available in three flavour options. Each four-bottle pack contains the selected flavour rather than an assortment of different flavours.

• Original: The unflavoured option, with the naturally tart and tangy character of the fermented barley-based liquid.
• Strawberry & Raspberry: A lightly sweet berry-flavoured option containing natural flavourings and black carrot juice for colour.
• Mango & Passion Fruit: A tropical fruit-flavoured option with natural mango and passion fruit flavourings and a gently tangy finish.

All three varieties are dairy free, gluten free and suitable for vegan diets. They contain no added sugars or artificial colours. The flavoured varieties use natural flavourings.

Each bottle contains 500ml of liquid. Four bottles provide 2 litres in total, which is sufficient for approximately 28 daily 70ml servings. The individual bottles allow one bottle to be opened and refrigerated at a time while the remaining bottles are kept unopened.

How to use

Shake the bottle gently before use. Measure a 70ml serving and drink once daily on an empty stomach, preferably before breakfast. Wait at least 10 minutes before eating or drinking anything other than plain water.

Do not mix the supplement with hot food or hot drinks, and do not heat or freeze the product. Always follow the instructions provided on the bottle and do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Storage: Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened, keep the bottle refrigerated and consume within 14 days. Do not heat or freeze.
