About this product

Why you'll love it

  • Traditional golden brandy snaps
  • Light, crisp texture with caramelised sweetness
  • Rolled shape ideal for filling with cream

Golden, crisp and delicately caramelised, The Brandy Snap Company's classic Brandy Snaps are a traditional British sweet treat with a light, brittle crunch. Their rolled shape makes them just as at home on a dessert plate as they are alongside tea or coffee.

Serve them as they are, pair with ice cream or fruit, or fill the hollow centres with whipped cream for the classic presentation. The Brandy Snap Company specialises in authentic brandy snaps and continues to make its products by hand.
