Together Health Night Time Complex is a carefully formulated evening supplement combining naturally sourced magnesium with Griffonia-derived 5-HTP and hop extract. Designed to fit easily into a bedtime routine, it provides a focused blend of minerals and botanical ingredients in a convenient two-capsule daily serving.

Each two-capsule serving provides 188mg of magnesium, equivalent to 50% of the Nutrient Reference Value, alongside 100mg of 5-HTP and 100mg of hop extract. The magnesium is sourced from purified mineral-rich water and naturally occurs as a complex of different magnesium forms together with trace minerals.

The 5-HTP is provided by an extract of Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, while the hop extract is derived from Humulus lupulus. Together Health uses naturally sourced ingredients and gentle extraction methods, with the hops extracted using water and the Griffonia seeds sourced from their native West African region.

Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to normal muscle function, making it a useful mineral to include as part of a balanced daily diet.

Take two capsules approximately 30 minutes before bed, with or without food. If the capsules cause any stomach discomfort, they can be taken with food. The formula is suitable for vegans and is supplied in vegetable cellulose capsules.
