Together Health Organic Seaweed Iodine provides iodine from sustainably wild-harvested organic Ascophyllum seaweed. Sourced from remote coastal areas in Britain and the Nordic region, the seaweed is gently dried and milled before being encapsulated in vegetable cellulose capsules. Each capsule provides 293µg of iodine, equivalent to 195% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

The Ascophyllum seaweed used by Together Health is Soil Association Organic certified and is harvested using methods designed to maintain the coastal environment. Only the upper section of the seaweed is cut during harvesting, with collection areas given time before they are harvested again. The harvested seaweed is gently dried using low-temperature, geothermally warmed air before being milled into a fine powder.

Every batch undergoes independent laboratory analysis, including testing for iodine content and contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides and microbes. The finished supplement contains no added synthetic iodine source, with the iodine naturally occurring within the seaweed ingredient. Vegetable cellulose is used for the capsule shell, making the capsules suitable for vegans.

Each pack contains 30 capsules and is designed around a simple one-capsule-per-day routine, providing a 30-day supply.
