Each 3g sachet contains a blend of electrolytes including sodium, potassium and chloride, alongside vitamin C and vitamin B12. The formula is sugar free and sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia, with each prepared sachet providing just 6 calories. ViDrate's Everyday hydration range is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians and contains no caffeine.

Individually portioned sachets make ViDrate simple to carry in a gym bag, handbag, backpack or desk drawer. To prepare, pour one sachet into a bottle, add approximately 500-700ml of cold water, then shake or stir until mixed.
