Each sachet contains sodium and potassium electrolytes, together with magnesium, zinc, L-theanine and lemon balm extract. The powder has a mixed berry flavour featuring strawberry and blackberry and mixes easily with water.

The formula is sugar free, provides approximately 7 calories per serving and is sweetened with stevia. It also contains fructooligosaccharides derived from sugar beet and is naturally coloured with beetroot.
