Convenient vegan tablets combining iron with essential vitamins and herbal extracts. They are free from lactose and gluten and designed to support iron intake when tablets are preferred to liquids.

Iron with vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron also contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation; folic acid supports normal maternal tissue growth in pregnancy. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Adults and children 12+ take one tablet twice daily, ideally on an empty stomach with liquid. Children 3–12 years take one tablet daily.
