The almond filling brings a rounded, roasted nuttiness that softens the intensity of the 70% cocoa chocolate, while crispy quinoa introduces a delicate contrast in texture without making the bar feel overly dense.

Hu builds its dark chocolate around a deliberately short ingredient approach, using organic cocoa, cocoa butter and unrefined coconut sugar rather than refined cane sugar, sugar alcohols, palm oil, lecithins or emulsifiers. In this variety, 17% organic almond paste creates the creamy centre and 1.3% organic quinoa adds the crisp finish. The bar is certified organic, Fairtrade, gluten free and suitable for vegan diets.
