Hu Crunchy Mint 70% Dark Chocolate Bar 12 x 60g

Hu Crunchy Mint 70% Dark Chocolate combines deep cocoa flavour with pure peppermint oil and crunchy cacao nibs. Rather than using a soft mint cream or sugary fondant, the mint is worked directly into the dark chocolate, giving the bar a clean cooling character while cacao nibs reinforce the roasted chocolate flavour and add a crisp, slightly rustic bite.

The base is Hu's organic 70% cocoa dark chocolate, sweetened with unrefined coconut sugar and made without refined cane sugar, sugar alcohols, palm oil, lecithins or emulsifiers. Organic cacao nibs provide the crunch and organic peppermint oil supplies the fresh mint profile. The finished bar is certified organic, Fairtrade, gluten free and suitable for vegan diets.

Enjoy it chilled for an especially crisp snap, pair it with coffee after a meal, or break it into small pieces to serve with berries and other dark chocolates. The combination of cooling peppermint and cacao nib texture makes it a markedly different eating experience from a smooth plain dark bar. Twelve 60g bars provide 720g in total.
