Hu Simple 70% Dark Chocolate is the stripped-back expression of the brand's dark chocolate range, made from cocoa mass, unrefined coconut sugar and cocoa butter. With no nuts, fruit, flavour oils or crunchy inclusions in the recipe, the focus stays entirely on the chocolate itself: a firm snap, full cocoa flavour and measured sweetness.

The three-ingredient recipe reflects Hu's wider approach to chocolate formulation. The bar is sweetened with organic unrefined coconut sugar and contains no refined cane sugar, sugar alcohols, palm oil, lecithins or emulsifiers. It is certified organic, Fairtrade, gluten free and suitable for vegan diets, making it a useful choice when a plain 70% bar is preferred over a flavoured or filled option.
