Hu Vanilla Crunch 70% Dark Chocolate combines the depth of organic dark chocolate with crisp quinoa and real vanilla. Unlike the nut-butter filled bars in the range, this variety keeps a solid chocolate format and distributes the quinoa through the bar, producing a light, even crunch while vanilla adds a fragrant, rounded note to the cocoa.

The recipe contains 4% organic crispy quinoa and 0.5% organic vanilla powder alongside cocoa mass, unrefined coconut sugar and cocoa butter. Sea salt helps define the vanilla and chocolate flavours, while the short formulation contains no refined cane sugar, sugar alcohols, palm oil, lecithins or emulsifiers. The bar is certified organic, Fairtrade, gluten free and suitable for vegan diets.

Its crisp texture makes it easy to enjoy on its own or with coffee, and the vanilla note pairs naturally with berries, banana and creamy desserts. Chopped pieces can also add chocolate and crunch to ice cream or yoghurt. The case contains twelve 60g bars, giving a total net weight of 720g.
