Silky, ribbon like tagliatelle crafted gluten free to capture sauces beautifully. The corn based recipe delivers a gentle bite and a rich golden hue for elegant plates without compromise.
Shaped for clinging to ragù, cream or butter sauces, the strands cook evenly to al dente and plate neatly for everyday meals or entertaining. Naturally free from gluten, wheat, egg and lactose.
Cook in plenty of salted water, stir occasionally and drain when al dente. Toss immediately with sauce and serve hot.
