Mrs Darlington's Spicy Sweetcorn Relish is a colourful, chunky condiment combining naturally sweet corn with tangy cider vinegar, vegetables and warming spices. Each case contains six 300g jars, making it a practical multipack for regular household use, independent retail, cafés, delicatessens and catering environments.

Sweetcorn makes up 53% of the recipe, giving the relish its distinctive golden colour, natural sweetness and lightly crunchy texture. Onion and peppers add further texture, while cider vinegar provides a sharp, tangy contrast that balances the sweetness of the corn and sugar.

Red chillies, garlic and a blend of spices introduce a noticeable spicy kick without overwhelming the other ingredients. The result is a balanced relish with sweet, tangy and gently warming notes that can complement a wide variety of hot and cold foods.

Mrs Darlington's began as a family preserves business in the 1980s, when Marion Darlington started making preserves using traditional recipes on the family farm. The range has since expanded to include jams, curds, marmalades, chutneys, pickles, sauces and condiments.
