Plenish Organic Coconut M*lk is a light coconut and rice drink made with coconut milk, organic rice, water and sea salt. The coconut provides a recognisable tropical flavour and gentle richness, while the rice helps keep the drink smooth and evenly textured without relying on added oils, emulsifiers or gums.
It is lighter than canned culinary coconut milk, making it suitable for everyday pouring as well as cooking. Serve it chilled on its own, add it to cereal, smoothies, porridge and overnight oats, or use it to bring a delicate coconut note to curries, soups, rice dishes, pancakes and desserts.
Shake thoroughly before use so the naturally sourced ingredients are evenly combined. The UHT cartons can be stored conveniently before opening, then refrigerated and consumed according to the pack instructions once opened. This case contains eight 1-litre cartons, giving a total volume of 8 litres.
