How to use

Recommended daily dose

Adults & children 12+ years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) once daily
Children 3–12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) once daily

Increased dose for extra support

Adults & children 12+ years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) up to four times daily
Children 3–12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) up to four times daily
