Steenbergs Organic Apple Pie Mix 45g is a ready to use baking blend that brings warm, nostalgic spice to pies, crumbles, cakes & cosy autumn recipes. This organic mix combines cassia, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice & mace for a balanced, bakery style aroma that instantly lifts fruit fillings.

The finely milled spices disperse smoothly into batters, syrups & custards, making it equally suited to crumbles, galettes, spiced compotes, porridge & hot drinks. A small amount goes a long way, helping home bakers achieve consistent flavour without measuring multiple spices.

Use 1–2 teaspoons per 500 g of fruit, adjusting to taste. Sprinkle over sliced apples before baking, whisk into pancake batter, or stir through warm oats for a comforting, seasonal finish. Store sealed in a cool, dry place to preserve aroma.
