Willy's Organic Live Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey balances the bright, fruity tang of raw apple cider vinegar with the gentle sweetness of honey. The result is a smoother, more approachable vinegar that works just as well in drinks as it does in dressings, marinades and everyday cooking.

The apple cider vinegar is naturally fermented with the live Mother, then left raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised. It is made on Willy's Herefordshire farm using British apples, including a blend of 48 traditional apple varieties, before being combined with honey for a rounded sweet and sharp flavour.

Shake the bottle before use to distribute the naturally occurring Mother. Dilute 25ml in still or sparkling water, blend it into a smoothie or use it to add fruity acidity and sweetness to salads, sauces, soups and roasted vegetables.

Directions for Use

Shake well before use. For a diluted drink, mix 25ml with warm or cold water, sparkling water, juice or a smoothie. It can also be used in salad dressings, sauces, dips, marinades, soups and meat or vegetable dishes.

Always dilute before drinking. Natural cloudiness and sediment are expected because the product is raw and unfiltered.
