Willy's Organic Balsamic Vinegar 500ml

Willy's Organic Balsamic Vinegar is a rich, fruity apple balsamic made from organic apple cider vinegar and organic apple juice must. Produced using British apples grown on Willy's Herefordshire farm, it combines natural apple sweetness with a smooth tang and gentle oak-aged depth for a distinctive alternative to traditional grape-based balsamic vinegar.

The vinegar is naturally fermented, then left raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised so it retains the live Mother. It is slowly rested in French oak casks, allowing the flavour to develop into a rounded balance of fruitiness, sweetness, acidity and subtle woody notes. No refined sugar is added, with the sweetness coming naturally from the organic apple juice must.

Its balanced sweet and tangy character makes it particularly versatile in the kitchen. Drizzle over tomatoes, mozzarella and salads, splash onto roasted carrots, squash or parsnips, or combine with extra virgin olive oil to create a simple dressing or dipping vinegar. It can also be used in marinades, sauces and glazes, or drizzled sparingly over fresh strawberries and peaches for a fruity finishing touch.

Willy's Apple Balsamic Vinegar is certified organic and suitable for vegan diets, as well as being gluten free and dairy free. Store in a cool, dark place after opening. Refrigeration is not required.
